Responsible AI advisory & training

AI you can answer for.

I help executives and regulated companies put AI to real work, and build the governance to back it up. I run my own business this way, so when we talk, I'm showing you systems I actually use, not slides.

Around here, people stay in charge. AI earns its place in the work.

Why Orí

Most companies get two kinds of AI advice.

Half the advice out there says go faster. The other half says slow down. I started Orí Intelligence because executives deserve one answer that works in the boardroom and in front of a regulator.

I spent over ten years delivering inside regulated enterprises. These days I run my own company on AI systems I built, with checkpoints that keep me in the loop and quality checks that keep the work honest. So when I show you what delegation looks like, you're looking at my actual business.

You get both sides of the job done. Your teams move faster on AI, and you can show your work when the board or a regulator asks.

Work with me

Five ways to work together.

It all starts with a conversation about where AI already sits in your business. From there, one of these will fit.

For executives

Executive Delegation Session

90 minutes, private, built on your real workload. Before we meet, I ask about the work that fills your week. In the room, we figure out what you can hand off, what needs your sign-off, and what stays yours, then build two or three working systems you'll use the next morning. You leave knowing exactly when to trust the output and when to check it.

For carriers & MGAs

AI Governance Readiness Sprint

We map where AI already lives in your operation, score it against the NAIC model bulletin and your state's expectations, and you get a prioritized plan your board can actually read. Built for small carriers and MGAs that need to show their work without hiring a governance team.

For regulated companies

Fractional Responsible AI Advisor

Your part-time head of AI governance. We talk monthly, I review AI use cases and vendor contracts as they come up, draft policy language when you need it, and I'm the person you call when a regulator letter lands. Month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Costs less than a director hire and starts faster than a search.

Train the Champion

You don't need an AI team. You need one sharp person on your staff who really knows what they're doing. Pick them, and I'll train them to build and run AI systems for your business: the workflows, the quality checks, and the judgment calls. A few weeks later you have the capability in-house instead of a standing consulting bill.

Operator Cohort

Four weeks for consultants and solo professionals who bill for their expertise. You'll turn your own methodology into working systems, set up quality checks so the work holds, and prove it on real client work during the cohort. Capped at 12 people, and the waitlist hears about dates first.

How it works

How we get started.

01

Intro call

30 minutes. You tell me where AI sits in your business today, and I tell you what I see. If I'm the wrong person to help, I'll tell you that too.

02

Scope and fit

If there's a fit, you get a one-page scope within 48 hours: what you get, when, and what it costs. No forty-slide proposal.

03

Work starts

We begin within days of signing, and every engagement ends with something you keep: a plan your board can read, working systems, or both.

Questions

Questions I hear a lot.

Who is this not for?

Companies looking for a rubber stamp on decisions already made, and teams pursuing AI because the board asked for an AI story. If you want the appearance of governance without the practice of it, I'm the wrong hire, and I'll say so on the intro call.

Is this legal advice?

No. Orí Intelligence provides advisory and training services. My deliverables are written so your counsel can review and act on them, and I work alongside legal teams regularly, but nothing here substitutes for a lawyer.

What happens to the information I share with you?

It stays inside the engagement. I don't put client material into public AI tools, and the data-handling discipline I use is the same one I teach. If your risk team wants specifics, I'll walk them through it.

Which AI tools and vendors do you work with?

I'm vendor-neutral. I work across the major AI platforms, and I'll tell you directly when a tool is wrong for your risk profile, including tools I use myself.
